Our classes haven't met many times yet this semester, but each of us has had plenty of time to make at least one embarassing comment.

Maybe you didn't quite grasp something; maybe a jerky professor put you on the spot; maybe your teddy bear's name was the only thing that came to mind when you were supposed to introduce yourself and tell the class something interesting.

Hey, at least your moment of idiocy didn't take place on national television.

Sooth your aching ego with this clip of Miss Teen South Carolina babbling not only ditzily, but completely incoherently through the interview portion of the Miss Teen USA pageant.

Way to blow her one shot at proving that hot blondes can have beauty and brains. WGSS majors wept as she reversed decades of their efforts.

There's a disturbing trend taking the internet (and the real world) by storm.
It's called kidcore, and it's all about barely adolescent tweens playing punk rock.
They've got guitar, bass, drums and serious 'tude. The problem? No sex or drugs! What kind of rock n' roll is that?

The songs are boring, but we shouldn't fault them for that-they're not old enough to drop out of high school and devote themselves to binging and songwriting. Thank goodness Santa Claus brings these kids nice instruments.

A handful of these groups exist, but the kids known as Care Bears on Fire seem to be the most popular, and have somehow been taken seriously. (Check out the list of reviews on their page.)

You'll also find their debut video, "(I Don't Want to be Like) Everybody Else."

Seemingly Miss Teen South Carolina lost en route her brain cells because the last strove too much to avoid losing her composure. Actually Educational system has lost many of her kind. (Continued…)
